Nothing, it was perfect.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, just a short distance away from Misano race circuit. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great with clean and fresh bungalows that come equipped with aircon. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. We also had plenty of parking available.

Not one thing.

It was a short walk down to the beach with plenty of space to enjoy the views. We had a clean room with comfortable bedding, and staff who were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. the air conditioning kept us cool and created a pleasant atmosphere in the room.

The hot water wasn't always consistent, and some of the shower doors wouldn't close properly.

The location is great for those looking to stay close to the track. It's within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful, making sure our stay goes smoothly. The rooms are clean and tidy, with fresh sheets and towels provided. The air conditioning is cold, which was perfect for us during the hot days.

The common areas are not well-maintained. The bathroom tiles are falling down, and the cleaning process seems to be unfinished.

We stayed here for Christmas and the Christmas lights were absolutely amazing. The outdoor space was surrounded by stunning trees and the whole place had a magical feel to it. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the race circuit and a local bar. The staff were really friendly and made us feel very welcome.

The hot water was a bit of an issue. We booked a bungalow but ended up being given a mobile home which was clean but a bit dated. The lack of regular hot water was a let-down and we had problems with it throughout the weekend. Despite this, we had a great time and would definitely recommend the place for a festive break.
